This ARKA Softwares Return Policy deals with the terms and conditions that govern the return of services and products developed by ARKA Softwares.

This Return Policy informs the clients about their powers to return the services rendered by us and ask for a refund. The term “the Company” used during the course of this document refers to ARKA Softwares unless stated otherwise.

Clients are requested to go through the return policy before entering into a contract with ARKA Softwares. Once a contract has been entered, it is assumed that you have read and agreed to the terms of return. No claim of any kind will be entertained unless stated in the return terms.

While entering into any contract with a client, we make them fill a form wherein the client details like the name of the firm, nature of business, address, telephone number and the official email id of the concerned person is taken for record keeping.

All the details filled by you before availing our services are kept with us and used only by us to reach out to you in future.

How we work

Return Policy of ARKA Softwares

The Policy concerning returns of developed services and products to ARKA Softwares, a shopify Development Company in USA, is as follows.

Return Period

The client can return the service/product developed by the Company within 15 days of the receipt of the final product. Since we deal in digital products like websites, graphics designing and content, returns will have to be accompanied by reasons why the product is being returned. ARKA Softwares will replace the service/product or make correctional changes in the product and resubmit for evaluation within 15 days of receipt of your return request.

Refunds

In case the returned service of product is not replaced satisfactorily, the client firm can ask for a refund of the payment made for the product. The refunds will be made directly to their bank account within 7 working days of refunds being sanctioned by ARKA Softwares.

Please bear in mind that returning a service developed for you without citing satisfactory reasons will not grant you eligibility for a refund. All the content, websites, apps and graphics design requested by the client firm during the start of the project must be carefully scrutinized to avoid unnecessary confusion. In case any of the service is not required, you must intimate the same during the project progress to ensure that we do not put our workforce behind the service.
